This
agreement states that you the customer (I) have either performed
a back up of my data, software, information files; or that (I)
have elected not to do so. Dome Star Computer Service or its affiliates
will not be required to back up any data, software, information and
/or files on my computer; How ever in the event (I) should request
such a backup, (I) assume full responsibility for any loss,
alteration or corruption of such data, software, information files
as a result of my request. Further, I agree in no event shall Dome
Star Computer Service or its affiliates, and/or third party service
provider be liable for any loss, alteration, or corruption of such
data, software, information and/or files as a result of the services
performed.
