
All parts for the completion of a computer system must be paid in advance. No system will be started without it.
There well be a 2 day grace period before an order will be placed in order to give you the customer time to make any changes or to get a refund should you change your mind. Once an order has been placed there are no refunds, If you are not satisfied with your purchase I will buy the unit from you at a reduced cost.
Most parts will have a manufacturer warranty; you should contact the manufacturer of the item directly for information regarding eligibility and specific Terms and Conditions.
In all circumstances, Dome Star Computer Service's Maximum Liability is limited to the purchase price of the products sold at a reduced cost. Dome Star Computer Service shall not, under any circumstance, be liable upon a claim or action in contract, tort, indemnity or contribution, or other claims relating to the products it sells which exceeds the Liability Limit.
Dome Star Computer Service shall not be liable for third party claims for damages against the customer, or for malfunction, delays, interruption of service, loss of
business, or damage to exemplary damages, Whether or not Dome Star Computer Service is apprised of the possibility of such claims or damages.
Payment may be be made in Cash, Money Order, Online using Pay Pal and your email address or by Personal Check. If payment is made by Personal Check a 4 day hold will be placed on the check by my bank. If time is a factor please use another payment method mentioned.
Please note that any completed PC left over 10 business days that hasn't been paid for will be considered abandoned unless prior arrangements have been made for pick up or payment.
Notices will be sent out at the half way point of the due date. I ask that you please respond to the notice.
